“Unmet expectations” and “lack of alignment” turn up in two seemingly disparate contexts – curiosity and conflict. In this conversation with Dr. Megan Price, director of the Insight Conflict Resolution Program at George Mason University’s School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, we dig into how curiosity helps unstick our stuck places.

As we approach 2017, I think “curiosity in the face of conflict” may be my new year’s resolution.
