“Curiosity really is the foundation of everything I do. In coaching, I’m constantly asking clients to notice their patterns — not to judge them, but to get curious about them…” ~ Tim Molnar

Tim Molnar is a former Fulbright teaching fellow and university lecturer turned dating coach. His book Date Smarter: A Strategic Guide to Navigating Modern Romance is a tool kit for getting over ourselves and finding love. It’s big on methodology grounded in curiosity.

Tim reintroduced me to the Pareto Principle, or “the 80/20 rule” which says, in most things, 80% of the outcomes come from 20% of the inputs.

I mentioned C2BC Classic Curiosity is Hailey McGhee’s Love Language. Inviting Curiosity by Design, with Cassini Nazir also has some delightful relationship insights from curiosity.

Special thanks to Curated Questions‘ Ken Woodward for the introduction. Check out our delightful conversation: Wrestling with Questions, with Ken Woodward.
