Curiosity & Community Media, with Antoine Haywood

“You start to think – wow – there is a lot to be learned alongside of communities, because they are curious too. You’re pairing your curiosity with their curiosity — and that opens up a whole new world.” ~ Antoine Haywood

I suppose it was only a matter of time before I would turn my curiosity lens on community media itself, the very source of this show. Antoine Haywood, practitioner and doctoral student at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, is the perfect companion for this celebration of connecting people, participatory media-making, collective learning — and care.
